We are so happy you are interested in Lakeshore Little People’s Place! To begin the enrollment process, follow the following steps.


1. Search the Our Centers tab to choose the site that offers the programming and location that best fits your family.
2. Call or email the link given for that site location.

3. The Site Director will answer your questions and determine availability for your child. A tour of the site will be arranged and, if space is available, the parent will receive an Enrollment Packet containing required enrollment forms. The Parent Handbook, Health Care Service Plan and Crisis Intervention Plan are available at llpp.org or you may ask for a paper copy when you receive the Enrollment Packet.

*If space is not available, your child will be placed on a waiting list and the Site Director will call you when space becomes available.

4. Complete the Enrollment Packet and other forms provided and return to the Site Director prior to your child’s first day.
